New Wing (Pymble):
The existing living room was narrow and dark so the owners wanted to put in some bi-folds and add a bedroom - we ended up instead pushing the living room out by 1m and transformed the formerly narrow room into a large, light, airy and far more functional space. In addition a new Master suite wing was added with soaring raked ceilings, a generous window seat looking onto the garden, a large ensuite with long vanity to accommodate the professional makeup artist client’s needs and walk in robe. A Vergola also transformed the exterior to allow year round usage of the outdoor entertaining area.

New Wing (West Pymble):
The original house was a 1950’s War Services home which was pokey with a tiny enclosed kitchen, lacked light and needed some TLC. We extended out the back with a new deck, large open kitchen, new Laundry/Mudroom and WC and new window seat to the dining/living area.

Knock Down Rebuild (Wahroonga):
The owner had approached several home building companies, none of whom could fulfil their brief. We instead worked with the existing site (and existing pool) to create a substantial home that ticked the client’s boxes, met the budget and brief with the owner adding their own design style throughout.

First Floor Extension and "Man Cave" (Pymble):
We extended over the existing garage to add a new Master suite, including ensuite and walk in robe. Other works included a Man Cave to the pool (with Kitchen and Bathroom) and new Laundry.

New Wing (West Pymble):
Extension to allow new kitchen and dining area, opening up to exterior, new larger master suite with corner window.
